Ki-Tisa: When you take

Torah Portion:  Exodus 30:11-34:35

Ki-Tisa, Hebrew for “When you take” starts off with with a census and contribution offering for the Tabernacle, instructions for items in it, the infamous golden calf debacle and a remaking of the stone tablets.  This portion is full of ups and downs...literally!

How to Use This Study Plan

Our weekly study plans are designed to make Bible reading a tangible experience.  Every activity is designed to bring the Bible to life and encourage curiosity and conversation.  For this weeks adventure, we have a prep plan that includes a grocery list, a themed menu, a sheet of discussion questions to engage conversation and a craft to create during the readings to make The readings tangible.  We hope these tools encourage and inspire you to dig deeper in your family’s Bible study time!

Printables

Here you will find a printable Prep Plan, Discussion Questions and Interactive Map.   The Prep Plan has day by day instructions and a complete shopping list for activity and meals.  The Discussion Questions are designed to spark curiosity and a desire to dig deeper.
